The above data is used for maintenance of membership records and the conduct of the Association business such as distributing the newsletter and AGM notices, validating equipment hire, and for managing spray warnings and swarm collection. Officers of the Association may access lists of members for these purposes. Where applicable, BBKA and BDI are notified of your name and address. The local Bee Inspector will be given your name and address to assist in disease control.
